News & Updates
The Annual General Meeting will be held at the Rennissance Hotel in Carmel at 11:30am on February 26, 2012. Please make sure each team has a representative there in order to compelete the scheduling process. More information is listed in the section to your left under Scheduling Information.
We will also go over any information you will need to know as well as voting on President and Secretary. There is a motion on the table to change a few of our bylaws. Voting will be done at the AGM by all teams present.

Changes for Spring 2012 from Spring 2011
- Updated Rules for the Guidebook are available on the website below and under rules and regulations. Please download a copy for your records.
- League scheduling process has changed; we no longer ask for blackout dates during the application. Fall 2011 began a modified version of self scheduling for all age groups. This allows the teams to adjust their own schedule around training and other commitments, allows Clubs to schedule all of their teams at one place for one or more days (if desired and schedule permitting), and allows teams to finalize the schedule earlier (allowing the schedule to get to team members - and parents - earlier)
- the league does try to schedule half of a team's home games at the team's home field
- Referee fees will be be split between both teams. WE WILL NO LONGER HAVE THE HOME TEAM PAY THE REFEREES. This is consistent with ISL and other leagues. Referee fees will remain the same as before. Please refer to the Game Chart located on our website for more information on fees
NEW MENU TABS:Please check out the new menu to the left, changes have been made. For
example the "League Information" page is now the Home page for Board Members & Commissioners,
League Calendar and other League specific pages.
• THE GiRLS GUIDEBOOKincludes a complete League overview and all Rules, Regulations, Policies
and Procedures, updates/changes in affect for the upcoming season. The League Game Chart and the
Coach/Manager Guidebook Acknowledgement and Code of Conduct are included in the Guidebook.
• Clarification from the Indiana State Referee Committee regarding Player's Equipment,
specificially Under Armour garments. Please review, print and take to your games in case of a
misunderstanding with the Officials. Contact your GiRLS Commissioner with any questions or concerns.
• GiRLS Fall '10 Game Chart
•Please be certain to check the "IMPORTANT INFORMATION" tab on the upper left menu for updates
from the GiRLS League.
• GAME CARD INSTRUCTIONS: Please refer to the "League Roster, Club Pass and Game Card" link above for
instructions on how to print the game card. Players appearing on the game card roster but NOT playing in that specific game
need to be marked out (strike-thru)on the game card. The GiRLS League will not accept any hand written player's info on
Game Cards.
